Round 1 — Internal Process
Compile a long list of suitable candidates and invite qualified ones for internal interviews and relevant testing.

Review of Candidates
Compile a shortlist with all CVs, reference checks, and a summary of each candidate’s key strengths graded against the job description.

Round 2 — Client Interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews. Ensure all candidates receive the job description in advance and are fully prepared.

Background Check
A final background check for all client-shortlisted candidates — verifying employment details with past employers.

Finalisation
Communicate offers to selected candidates, confirm contracts are signed, and establish clear start dates.
