Search
Advertise on social media, LinkedIn, our recruitment website and Facebook groups. Search our extensive internal database and headhunt. Place adverts in media where necessary.

Round 1 — Internal Process
Compile a long list of all suitable candidates and invite qualified ones for internal interviews and relevant testing. Process is tailored to each client and position.

Review of Qualified Candidates
Compile a shortlist for each position with all CVs, reference checks, and a summary of each candidate’s key strengths and experience graded against the job description.

Round 2 — Client Interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews — dates, timings, and location. Ensure all candidates receive the job description in advance and are fully prepared.

Background Check
A final background check for all client-shortlisted candidates — verifying employment details with past employers. Further checks conducted if discrepancies are found.

Finalisation
Communicate offers to selected candidates, ensure alignment, keep communication open, confirm contracts are signed, and establish clear start dates.
